CredentialCare is a network of credentialed, pre-screened home care providers. To join the network, providers must meet rigorous standards and supply critical information about their staff and their operations. Potential members go through a screening process that includes background checks and license verification. Membership in the network is a sign that a provider is committed to delivering high-quality care.

CredentialedCare Finder is a repository of information about home care providers. CCF maintains a national database of the long term care services including home health care providers, that maintains a platform for publishing information about providers then offering a means to effectively interact with them. It gives consumers one central location to find reputable providers in their area and to choose a provider who meets their individual needs.
