By maintaining smaller residences, we’ve created more of a family dynamic as opposed to large communities where residents can go days or even weeks without social interaction. Meals, like with most families, are one of the many occasions to share thoughts, daily happenings and stimulating conversations. Residents can get as involved in doing things on their own, such as shopping, cooking or laundry, as they want, or have these services fulfilled for them. By offering options, we have created a balance of individual privacy within a safe communal environment, and independence with assistance.
