La Costa Concierge is a Northern San Diego County owned, fully licensed (including workers compensation and liability) and bonded concierge private duty care service that provides personal attendants (
PA’s) to clients requiring
non-medical care.
All PA’s are W-2 employees
of La Costa Concierge, which means we withhold all appropriate taxes and cover workers compensation insurance.
We ensure that a professional criminal background and DMV check has been secured for each personal attendant in addition to a clean TB test.
All of our PA’s must have at least one year of experience. All PA’s present in professional attire to include a modest uniform per the clients request or scrubs and must display a name badge at all times.

Services can be provided both short
and long term. We make every effort to match personalities between the care provider and client. Continuity with the care provider is also important and is a primary reason our clients and families refer to us.


Assistance with personal care activities include: meal preparation, bathing, shaving, caring for the skin, hair and transferring (moving from chairs, toilets or bed). It can also include assistance with chores like laundry, light housekeeping, companionship and other activities of daily living as
needed. During the course of our daily lives, these activities are taken for granted until weakness or a disability makes them difficult to accomplish independently or safely.
